The weather is unique, because Coronado is surrounded by water.  It’s warmer in winter and cooler in summer than the rest of San Diego County, which is often cited as having the second best climate in the world after the Canary Islands.  Since the available space has already been well developed, and because demand for homes in this prestigious paradise is always high, Coronado real estate is an excellent investment.

 atmosphere in Coronado is definitely laid back yet festive with an old world elegance, and the views are spectacular.
